WTAPS (pronounced as double taps, a military term which one shoots the same target twice) is a brand out of Tokyo. highly regarded as the one of the pioneers in the streetwear revolution that stemmed out of the 90’s Harajuku scene alongside brands like Neighborhood, BAPE, Undercover and Good Enough/Fragment Design.
